Bypassed solenoid would eliminate the solenoid from the equation.....just because it clicks doesn't mean it is good

Well I just got back last night and manual hasn't made it yet. I ordered it on the 19th from Monster golf cars. Delivery was supposed to be 7-10 days I guess its going to take all 10 business days. I'm just used to getting things quicker than the stated time.)

I havn't touched it all day figuring it would be useless w/out the manual. But I couldn't wait any longer, so I went to tinker with it.

bypassed obc pushed pedal and it went for about 2'. So I put it in rev to see what happened and no go, I pushed it back about 15' put it in forward and nothing :-(

Since it moved a couple feet does that eliminate the controller?
