i think your gonna find either controller or OBC issue but some of the things you posted sounds like classic controller problem.......i would wait for manual and test the right way in the right order as those parts just cost to much to just start swapping parts out.................................

Still no manual, but I came to realize that each time I started messing with the cart (after it had sat a couple days) that is when I got response the more I tried it the less frequently it would try to react.
I havn't touched it since my last post here, so I went out this morn bypassed obc, push pedal and it went 10'. I smiled. Jacked it up put it in reverse and let it run, stopped put it in forward and let it run.
Lowered jack and took her out a the barn rode for about 40 mins but would only go 7mph went up inclines without hesitation.
After lunch I decided to try it again in the back yard but this time it took off and ran only up to 14mph so I took it out to the road to see if it would open on up but now it won't go but 7mph????
I know this is crazy but I swear its the truth.

Alright 4wks and I finally get the service manual. But there aint a dmn thing in it about trouble shooting any of the electronics. It merely describes how to remove and replace mechanical parts.

What is the proper srvc manual??

At this rate I'll never get it running right before the end of the season.

Maybe some one here can tell you how to trouble shoot the throttle indicator. You have a 5k-0 throttle input at the controller . Seems to me that if you could check this then depending upon the results you know if you needed a controller or throttle thingy....Sounds like the throttle thingy now to me>

I kinda had a hunch (hoping it might be) the mcor because of the two different top speeds which each has varied a couple mph at different times (but that could also be due to charge) I was hoping this srvc man would help me test the mcor but no such luck.

It should be easy enough with the cart on stands and the correct two wires located....I think it is only an MCOR if it is mounted under the Passenger floor.....if under the gas peddle then it is a speed control modular?

There are a lot of guys here with more knowledge about this than me.....if you express a desire to know how to test this thing specifically they can help. Good luck and Have a nice Day!

It's an MCOR, its under the passenger floorboard.

I have searched to no avail on how to test the MCOR.
