Cart won't go?
Cart has been running fine, I just got in it and it won't run.
Depress pedal I get a click and then another shortly after. Just cleaned the terminals last week. Put meter on it and I got 48v. Depress pedal while meter is on voltage dropped to 34v and after the 2nd click it comes back to 48v. Any suggestions? Thankyou |

Re: Cart won't go?
have you taken voltage readings from each battery and load tested each one........trying to see why your getting a voltage drop lkike that when you hit the pedal that shouldn,t happen.......you have pulled and twisted cables to make sure they are good and tight? battery terminals are clean?...............if you havn,t than take voltage reading from each battery and load test each one post the #,s........................................

Re: Cart won't go?
The batteries weren't that good but they still worked. One is bad.
The guy I bought the cart from just swapped me some newer batteries 07's. I was going to wait till I found out what was wrong before changing them, but decided to go ahead just in case that was the problem. I just pulled these batteries out of a cart I ran just a few hours ago. The voltage on them doesn't drop much. Still have the problem. |

Re: Cart won't go?
Since I changed the batteries I no longer have the flashing light.
Checking the solenoid, I have full voltage on the yellow wire. Thats not right is it? While tinkering around with the solenoid I managed to cause an arc and now the solenoid doesn't click? |

Re: Cart won't go?
one think i have found on them is that F&R switch goes bad real quick.......good thing is they are under 30 bucks but i hate just replacing parts................i now keep several on hand because of the ones i have seen that went bad but that would be the next thing either that or the micro,s right there...............................
