I forgot to put one thing in the post the cart was being driven and it started running slow and by the time they parked it was completely dead and would not move I am wondering if they popped the controller with the high amperage since it had such low voltage

Might have, but 50.3 volts isn't low voltage really. Just another thought, this cart DOES have the lever style FNR and one solenoid (not two, with one of them having a coil on top) correct?

OK. Just triple checking it's series. I can't see the solenoid lockout being the problem if it slowly died like you describe - that generally happens all at once, plus you're getting solenoid activation. Maybe the controller???? Someone should be along in a bit with some better advice for testing that.

You can't kill a CC Series controller with low voltage. This ain't no EZGO DCS. I agree with Stan, this does not sound like a solenoid lockout issue. Have you charged the batteries? Charge them and then take readings 12 hours after the charger shut off. Then hook the multimeter leads to the main positive and main negative of the pack and watch the voltage as you try to go. Also make sure all the wiring connections throughout are nice and tight and clean with no loose or melted connections. I suspect this may be a bad battery or batteries

I would not worry about it now since this was a gradual thing, not an all at once issue

OK. At 50.3 volts the cart should move. I will charge it again but I have no idea where to look

Monitor the voltage as you try to go
