Club Car Precedent lights and radio not working
Lights, horn, and radio all working great. All of a sudden nothing. The cart runs fine. Where do I start looking? I have done this so far....pulled front panel and pulled apart 9 pin connector and pushed back together.....nothing. Is there a fuse or something of the sort a relay or something I should be looking for?

Re: Club Car Precedent lights and radio not working
If they are all wired through a voltage reducer, I would start there. If they are wired directly to the batteries there has to be a fuse in there somewhere or the cable end corroded or broke where it hooks to the batteries.

Re: Club Car Precedent lights and radio not working
Thank you for response...What does a voltage reducer look like? Where would it be under seat or behind dash? How do you check one? I have a voltage meter just need to know how to use.
Thanks |

Re: Club Car Precedent lights and radio not working
If it has one, then it was added as an after market part so what it looks like and where it is located is anyone's guess. I would start tracing wires from the battery. The reducer would put out 12V DC.

Re: Club Car Precedent lights and radio not working
Look in the wheel well area on the front passenger side. When you find it measure across the two wires. If it is good it will measure 4V , bad it will read 16 volts. Almost forgot turn the lights on when measuring. Put meter on 20V DC scale. Good luck.
