The light flashes when the batteries get below 90% SoC. New batteries are not at their full capacity when you buy them. You have to break them in

The battery's are broken in...The cart worked properly, fully charged good to go for 3 months after I changed out battery's...Then - No charger initializing...No charge...Warning light on. I first thought it was the charger...Changed out relay and fuse reset to make sure the charger was good to go. Plugged it in to a different cart...Did its check and charged properly...Not on my cart though....

Ok...Fixed the problem...In short, I found two things wrong.

1. The voltage sensor wire (the small gray wire on the back of the plug receptacle that is fused to the computer that apparently reads voltage) had come loose inside the receptacle. It seemed ok when I gave it a small tug originally, but that was just the rubber grommet binding. Took the receptacle apart and soldered it back into place. The charger would not kick in obviously due to sensing NO voltage at all.

2. Hooked up the charger, it worked for about 2 minutes and then shut down...Retried...2 minutes...Shut down again. I went through the OBC reset process. Removed negative cable to computer, shift lever to reverse, put a brick on the accelerator for 5 minutes for decharge. Reconnected negative cable...Reconnected charger..Bodda Boom Bodda Bing. Recharged overnight. Good to Go...

That is one of the only stories I've heard that proves the OBC reset to be successful
