OK I have it starting as soon as I push the peddle so that fixed that part of it bit it is still trying to go wife open. It will not let me drive slowly. How do o fix that part of it

I am on the road (wife driving now), but just noticed you have an MCOR, that will be an issue for a 0-5k throttle as the MCOR has an internal 1k resistance that you cannot bypass.
Connecting the green and yellow wires together will help a little, but will not get you down to 0 ohms.

You will also need to add a 20k 1/4 watt resistor between green and purple wires in order to have a little more pedal control.

That was a recent post about the MCOR4 having somewhat less resistance in the wiper track, but not 0 ohms. Maybe some of the pros that have measured one can confirm what the specs are on those.
