The first 2 numbers after the letters is the year.

Well scottyb is going to fix me up now that we have figured out the problem. The problem was that I was told the wrong information on how to read the SN on the cart.....

Great, for 2004 MCOR you will use a FS42L700NNVS Wired like the original controller.
