2008 precedent won't go...help
Hi, today while driving my cart it just stopped. It would not go in forward or reverse. I can hear the solenoid click but it does nothing. the batteries are fully charged and after sitting for a while the cart will run for a few feet then stop again. There is no corrosion on the batteries and all cables are on tight.
Any suggestions???? serial # PQ0840-968629 Thanks Josh |

double check all cables and connections, not just the battery cables. Happened to me and was a loose connection to F/R switch

Also make sure of the battery pack voltage by using a digital meter to measure it.

Sounds maybe like it may be overheating , cooled down and was able to go again. Let it cool down overnight and see what happens. Possibly overloaded and will need larger motor or controller. Or it was too darn cold in Illinois today. That's my best SWAG's.

I'll be checking all the cables in the morning. I'll see if I find anything

It was 53 degrees here today, that's pretty good for the end of December

Ok all the cables and connections are secure. It ran fine this morning for about 10 minutes and then it wouldn't do anything. I can hear the solenoid click when I hit the pedal but no movement. I think its possibly tripping/overheating a relay or switch or something after it warms up maybe ?!?!?!?

Where are you driving it. Paved roads or stump jumpin? Are you possibly getting it into a stall condition.
