I just checked, that wiring diagram isn't in the Stickys. Maybe it should be. Looks like they took a 36v. multi-step and threw a OBC and 8v. batteries at it. I wonder what the back story is on it.

My 2 cents- Any good service dept. tries to keep a few of those micro-switches on the shelf. I've even gotten a couple at a EZ-GO dealership. I wouldn't spent 25 cents in the peanut dispenser in that guys lobby.

thanks guys for all the good info...i ordered 3 new MS's last night and hope the will be here by Friday or Saturday. i will keep everyone posted (no pun intended) when i get this thing sorted out.

MS's came in and got them put on without any issue.

having said that,

it still goes faster in reverse than it does in forward.

Does Your reverse buzzer works correctly in reverse?

Make sure the micro switch #3 is only depressed when the FNR lever is on reverse (or just disconnect the white wire from the switch to make sure the resistor is not in the circuit when in forward).
