Question Club Car 48v Dead

I bought a used 2000 model Club Car 48 Volt that has been setting for a few years. Lady said it ran fine when they quit using it. Well I bought new batteries and charged them and nothing. No click , no go ,nothing. the only noise is the reverse buzzer. I replaced the solenoid and the multi step resister and one of the micro switches. Still nothing. I have voltage across the ignition switch , but I don't have any voltage at the solenoid on the small terminals. Could my controller be bad?

Ok, you have a Series drive system. When you press the pedal, you should hear two clicks. The first will be the fainter of the two. This comes from the microswitch in the V-Glide. The second click will follow immediately after. This is the louder solenoid click. Do you both?

Open up the cover on the V-Glide and watch the arm as you push the pedal. It should sweep across the contacts to the top contact and stay on the top contact, and only the top contact, at WOT. On the way up, it should open a Microswitch in the V-Glide. Make sure everything is working properly

I'll take a look at the vglide tomorrow but it is a new one . I just put it on today.
Didn't help.
One thing that I have noticed. I have been looking at the wiring diagrams on the net and they all show a red wire and and a black and white wire on one connection of solenoid and then a yellow wire on the other connection. These are the small plug on connections. Mine only has a yellow on one side and a red on the other side.
