Default Which Battery would you buy?

Been looking at purchasing some 8v Batts. Looks like these T-875's are a lower AH than other T-875's Ive seen. I seen them at 170AH on other sites. Which one would you get?

You being in Florida should be able to do better than that. You just need to shop it around. The Golf Cart dealers in my area are the most expensive, then the solar shops. I bought mine directly from the master distributor in my area for 110. ea

Go to the Trojan website and use the dealer locater and shop it hard.

I talked to the distributor for a while before he agreed to sell to a retail customer. Before I found him, prices at the GC dealers were 165-180. ea and a solar supply house was 130.00.
I am setting up small golf cart business that sells all of the major brands of batteries, delivers, installs and removes the olds ones. We will clean your tray, install the batteries, replace any damaged cables and insure that your charger is operating properly before we leave. I will be charging about 130-140 ea for the T875 in lots of 6 w/exchange. I would be surprised if there aren't guys doing the same in your area. You might check craigslist for ads.
You definitely don't want to be paying freight on your purchase.

Ok, I found a Master Distributor in my area. I'm gonna call them tmw and get a price, if they will sell it to me. there were also a few other dealers that came up as well. We'll see what happens.

Good luck in your new Biz! this stuff is addicting as hell

I'm in New Mexico. The business is not an original idea. I see a number of people doing battery programs like this around the country. It was the best way I could find to enter the Golf/Utility cart business. I need to learn as much as I can, have a shingle hanging and post some numbers. If it works out as planned, there may be a Yamaha dealership in my future.
