Default Club Car Batteries

It's time for some batteries for my club car 48v. Mine has 4-12v. Any recommendations on which batteries to get and where?

I recommend (6) 8volt batteries, longer run time! I would do a google search in your area to find out where the cheapest and closest place. Trojan or Crown brands. Good luck!

I would go with either Trojan, Crown, or US/Interstate.

If you have the room under the seat for 6 battery and can afford to do an 12 to 8 volt battery conversion I would go that route. Otherwise be sure that you are buying "GOLF CART" battery and not just regular deep cycle batteries as there is a big difference in them. As to brands Crown and/or Trojan are some of the best out there. As to where check with your closest battery supplier they generally have the most competitive pricing.

Convert to eight 6v and enjoy riding all day long. :)

Stick to major brands, Trojan, US, and Crown are great. Shop around locally to save on shipping-looks for perks like free installation or at least battery handles to help.
