Take a picture of Tahoe and prove he's real... I've heard he's just an urban legend going around helping members in need on BGW

So I got the cart back but its hard to test with the weather we are having. I did hit 21mph but there was a small dip in road. Can someone tell me does this extreme cold weather effect performance? Neg3 nights with highs of 23 I would think it would effect a carts performance. Any opinions on this?

I'm thinking that's part of my problem carts slower in this cold so I truly can't give it a good test to see how fast it can go with code 5 yet.

There is that word again. Effect. I never can tell if I'm using it correctly. Is it . Can cold weather effect batteries, or can the cold weather affect the batteries, or can the cold weather have an effect on batteries?

Affect is a verb. It means to produce a change in or influence something.

Effect is a noun that can also be used as a verb. It means a change that occurred. When an "s" is added, "effects" means personal belongings.

It would be 'can the cold weather affect batteries'.
Like crash said, effects are things (nouns); affect is a verb.
The one that defined it used it incorrectly!

Now you see why I get confused. People use it wrong all the time.

I try to use my rule. Does it sound right?

Batteries suck wind in cold weather. Internal resistance goes up. Performance goes down.
