How to tell if Mcor is putting out full range
I installed a Alltrax 500dcx on my IQ cart it should change color at wide open from green to amber/ orange. It is not doing that so how do I check the response of the Mcor and Ive heard of the pins getting bent on the mcors shaft but these look straight

You need to install the Clubcar3a.hex modified throttle map file. You can get it from your seller, Alltrax or download from here:
http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/elect...tml#post680150 I just looked at the file and it maps anything higher than 90% as 100% throttle. You need to unzip the file and upload the ".hex" file into the controller using their software. |

Connect your computer to the serial port on the controller and there is a page that will show you the throttle percentage.
