Default '96 CC DS rear lift

Hey good folks.
I was looking to do a rear leaf "on-top-of-the-axle" lift on my '96 DS to help with rear tire rub when the back seat is used. I know(I think) what this entails as far as U-bolts, brake drum l-r swap, cable adjustment etc and am looking for guidance on the new spring "perch".
I cannot re-find a picture I thought I saw here that showed an aluminum block that someone made/bought that sits on top of the axle, and sits in the pocket of the existing perch. Specifically there looked to be an slight angle milled on the block top that the leaf spring sat on. What might this angle be? forward or backward sloped?
Looks like the angle was milled to accept the angle of the leaf in it's new place... I also seem to recollect a stud tapped into the top of the aluminum block to mate with said leaf spring hole to stop the whole shebang from rotating.
Does anyone have any dimensional data on or remember seeing an acceptable lift block? Steel would be fine as well. I have access to either steel or aluminum stock.
Pre-Thanks!

My lift kit came with blocks similar to these. Put leaf springs over the rear axle and u-bolt them in place

A member here actually unbolted the axle tubes and flipped them so the perches were on the top

You can buy new spring perches at Tractor Supply or a trailer place pretty cheap if you want to go that route,They are about $5-7 each.I dont know about rolling the tubes over, arent they bolted in an odd pattern, which would throw the brake levers at an odd angle? It would be nice if its that simple.

I don't see how you can roll the tubes over on an electric car. They won't bolt back up to the differential after you flip them. They only fit one way. On a 1997+ Gas car, sure. Seen it plenty of times.

It might have been a gas car I was thinking of, rather than an electric. It was an older thread. I'll have to find it and see

Thanks for the info guys! Looks like I need to measure the diameter of the axle and then either fab up or purchase something of the correct height.

Cheers
