I just took a look. Ya, I guess turning that plate around would make it align better but that would bring the long bolts in the back to the front leaving them nowhere to bolt to. I don't see any extra holes drilled in the plate so brings me to think its not backwards.

I thougt the long bolts would go into the same holes, it would just shift the leaf spring towards the back... oh well, guess not.

I don't know, it's a lift I've never seen. Maybe different lifts in Canada?

I've never dealt with a lift kit, but it looks to me like that one may have either two left or two right side parts somewhere in the parts.
