Default New Batteries, Flashing Battery Warning light and Wont Charge

2006 Precedent. 48V. Powerdrive 3 Charger. Installed 4 Brand New 12V Trojan T1275 Batteries. Clean, Tight and Correctly Installed Battery Cables. After new battery installation the cart runs fine with no warning light. When I plug in DC charger into the receptacle, the battery warning light flashes. 1 Second Light On, 5 Seconds Light Off for as long as charger is connected. The light stops flashing if disconnect charger. The Charger never turns on and starts charging. Tried resetting OBC multiple times. 50.1V across all 4 Batteries. 12.5V on 3 batteries and 12.3V on the fourth battery. The charger worked perfectly before replacing the batteries. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

PowerDrive 3 manual indicates this indicates the chargerís voltage suppressor has failed closed. The charger was working fine before I changed the batteries on my cart. MMM??? How do I confirm and fix a failed closed voltage suppressor? Any other ideas?

Cool Re: New Batteries, Flashing Battery Warning light and Wont Charge

Never mind. I found and fixed the problem. The positive 10 gauge wire was disconnected from the OBC. After connecting, charging proceeded normally. Was able to diagnose by following charger maintenance and service manual - which I attached. This is what happens when a chemical engineer starts monkeying around with electronics. LOL
