Flashing LIGHTS

Fully charged my cart a few weeks ago and put in tow mode. Cart was also not plugged in when in storage. Went down to move the cart today and the battery light was on and flashed 25 seconds solid and then off for 10 seconds. I am a novice with this stuff but i tried testing with my volt meter and got 11 volts on 3 batteries and 9 on the 4th one. Cart runs fine but any ideas as to why the light would be coming on if I am getting those numbers? The light was NOT coming on when the charge was complete a few weeks back but now that it is i thought maybe the batteries are being drained but would that would be the case with my current volts?

confused here and any help would be appreciated.

The blinking light pattern indicates dead batteries.

What was each individual battery voltage after a full charge and 12 hour rest?

I charged them 2-3 weeks ago and i have 3 batteries that ready 11 volts and one that reads 9 volts. Wouldn't that mean that I still have some life in my batteries?

Those voltages mean the batteries are off the chart dead, compare Your values with the 12v column in the chart below:

Where do you suggest picking up some new batteries from and what kind? I think i remember hearing a lot about Trojan.

Also will bad batteries lose their charge when sitting or could something be draining them?

We need a little more information like the age of the batteries.

Also, the 12 hour rest voltage reading after complete charge is important to figure the overall health of the batteries.

I believe it would be extremely unlikely the batteries drained that much just by self-discharge.

Since one of your batteries was so much lower, it would appear you have some accessories tapping just that battery, is that correct?

Batteries are 2010 US brand or something, they are blue. I am going away for a few days but will retest this weekend with a 12 hour sit time. No accessories on the cart, bought it stock.
