Default Name that Model!

Absolutely so brand new of a member that my detail paint is still wet, so be gentle.

I recently came into possession of a Club Car of unknown year and model. It naturally has issues that have to be resolved, so logically the first place to start is identification. The tag and ID normally seen on the frame under the glove box is non-existent. I am going to try and load a picture or two, and get your opinions on age and model.

What is known -
48 volt system
Stamped Club Car on Dashboard
Has possibly aftermarket camo body.

I will start with Identification and then go into whats wrong.
Thanks for your help!

CC DS, agreed. It has a single piece seat-back so that makes it after a certain year (which I'm not sure on). It also has an Alltrax controller so it could be an OEM 48v cart, OR it could be a 48v conversion. Got any pix of the battery bay?

Nice spot on that blue alltrax! I had to look twice. I think I was distracted by the green paint.

Thanks for the quick replies! So its a DS model.. I am guessing 2001 forward, but don't know the exact year. Any more info would be helpful.
Cart info
Cart has been modified and changed by prior owner.
Controller Axe 4865 Controller.
Lester Onboard Computer 101909901
GE Motor 5BC49JB1168 11.4 HP
Heres where I stand.
Carts currently not operational.
Prior owner stated "It worked, but then the F&R switch started smoking." Not sure how accurate this is.
Battery pack looks pretty good, but is undervoltage (50 or so amps) I have cleaned tightened and checked the connections and have started going through a series of charges to get it to more robust level.
Questions-
A.)When I wig the solenoid with the cart switch on OR off, I get the same voltage on each big bolt (about pack charge) as a result, I get the same voltage on the lug where the power enters the alltrax 4865 controller. Is this right?
B. When I wig the on / off switch, I get pack voltage at the switch. I would have expected maybe 12 volts. What is correct.?
C. In the pictures I have attached you will see a ruined switch that I am holding in my hand. The other end of it was disconnected from somewhere and lies loose in the wire harness. Is this a tow/operation switch? Does this model have a tow/operation switch as none is existence anywhere else.
D. I have confirmed that the motor is good by crossing leads as noted and applying 12 volt power. Motor operates properly in both directions.
I am going to get it up to proper charge, and then try to track the problems down.
Your help is always much appreciated.

Look under the dash and toward the passenger side. Should be a serial # tag on there that'll tell you the year of the cart. Will start with an A and then have several numbers, first two numbers tell the year.

The part you are holding looks like the battery warning light, works through the obc.

Take a pic or two of the back of the F-R switch. It is very possible with all of the upgrades done, that F-R was left stock, and melted under load. I'd recommend getting an HD F-R

----------

That switch you are holding in your hand is the toggle for the winch. I have the exact switch on my HF Badland Winch

A. Yes You reading volts thru the precharge resistor.
B. Pack voltage. 12V circuits are only used for accessories like lights and horn. The key sw powers the controller
