stops when going uphill
When I start uphill the cart starts off good but after about 10 or 15 feet, the cart just stops but will start up if you push down on the peddle, but may do it again until you get up to the top. It seems to be ok when on level ground.

Re: stops when going uphill
Sounds like low battery voltage. When the voltage drops too low the car shuts down because the solenoid drops out. This is amplified when climbing hills because the voltage drops lower than it does when on level ground.

Put your DVM on the battery pack and watch it as you try to climb the hill

Re: stops when going uphill
Sounds like time for some new batteries. Or you might just have bad cell in a battery. If the batteries are over 3 years old I would just replace them all. But check each battery with a volt meter record each battery's reading and compare.
