Default Looking for the right lift kit

I have a 2002 Club car Precedent cart and wanting to lift it and add bigger ATV tires to it. Just wondering which is the best and easiest kit to install for my ride. From the post I read on this Forum there are a lot of people building buggies and I thought I would try to get some good experienced advice before I spent any $$$.

spindle lifts are easy, but I think they stink I like the AA arm kits not hard to do,like any lift the rear can be tricky if you never did it before but a little common sense goes a long way, and like anything you get what you pay for

I went with 6" Jake's A-arm kit on mine and I love it! However, I've read a few post on here that sound like there's an Ebay clone option out there thats way cheaper. If thats the case, I wasted a few $$$ on a Jakes sticker. Lol. Live and learn. Your approach is better, ask first! Good luck!

PS
In my opinion, spindle kits look funny. Kind of like to old gasser dragster looked with a straight axle.

If your cart is a 2002 it is not a Precedent, it is a DS. Just an fyi when looking at lifts

WOW quick responses here... I was told by the people that gave me the cart it was a Precedent and the Club car dealer I purchased the batteries from said it was a 2002 according to the
Serial Number. How do I know for sure cause the kid at the dealer talked a good game which worried me.

I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for so I want the best with the least troubles and easy installation. I have been shopping online for the lift kits and would like to be able to find the complete kit wheels and tires included. From what I have been reading from this site there is so much more can be done to carts than I knew.

If you can provide the serial number we can help you determine what cart you have and what the right lift kit is for it

Congratulations, you have one of the first DS IQ carts ever made, 02 was the first year for them, and yours was built in the first week of production in 02. You have a 2002 Club Car DS IQ 48v cart. That is crucial info when it comes to lift kits. You want a DS lift kit for carts 2003 and older
