which lift kit & confirm CC Precedent model
Going to lift my Club car precedent and I'm looking for suggestions for which lift kit & wheels to purchase?
I'm also looking to confirm which model I have....I purchased in 2008 what i thought was a NEW precedent....however this is my info from the sticker in the cab... 9V0833-490833 REMAN Precedent i believe it may be an '04 and I want to make sure I get the right lift kit/model etc. THanks for looking/sharing. |

Re: which lift kit & confirm CC Precedent model
Any lift will fit your Precedent. As for the SN, under the floor mat and the access cover to the pedal group, there is the original SN sticker on the aluminum cross member. Just follow the brake cables, you will see it

Re: which lift kit & confirm CC Precedent model
I would recommend a A-arm lift. Smooth ride and has nice suspension which is better for the cart all around. They are more $ than just a spindle lift. But it all depends on the use of the cart. Off road use I would go A-arm. On road a spindle lift would be just fine.

Thanks, found that SN sticker..
PQ0513-490833 This means its a 2005 and the Q means its iQ, correct? Would you recommend replacing the shocks when lift kit is installed? |

No need unless they are blown out like a hooker. If they hold pressure and rebound I would keep them on.

thanks....I've ordered a-arm kit combo for my son to install. He is also going to replace rear springs. I will let you know how it all goes.

Re: which lift kit & confirm CC Precedent model
You can measure the speed with a GPS to see what code you're set on. Around 15 mph is code 3, around 19 is code 4. If it has code 4, there should be a sticker near the serial number sticker that has the codes printed on it needed for code 4.
