Jumped wire
Charger made a clicking sound and its barely humming
Amp meter on 0 at charger
Checked battery pack while on charger
Same volts as before

Run a jumper wire from the fuse "bolted" to the back of the charger receptacle to the B- Main negative battery post. This will bypass the internal charge circuit of the OBC. If you register amperage on your gauge of the charger with the jumper in place, replace the OBC as the charge circuit has failed.

Just dont understand how the charger was working fine two days ago before I changed the controller...grrrr

It is kind of unusual to loose both the charger activation circuit and the charger current control circuit at the same time without some catastrophic event.

It is more likely that You do not have the red wire from the charger receptacle connected to pack positive.

Didn't hook the red wire back up when I put batteries back in!!!!
