Default cart rebuild charger problem!!!

05 club car ds IQ
installed the new alltrax dcx 400 controller and solenoid today!!!
1----charger will not kick on at all nor does the needle move on charger at all
checked the fuse and diode behind the receptacle on cart and they are both good
I have a power drive two charger
I have around 49 volts on batteries
charger was working and charging before I changed the controller

2----and only one tire moves on the cart while in forward and reverse (drivers side)
is this normal for only one tire to turn???

3----also the 4 pin plug going to the bottom of the F&R has no place to plug on new controller (im guessing I dont need it???)

thanks

1.) There are three cart-side fuses. Two glass ones in the yellow cases. One by the charge port, and one by the OBC. The third is the one on the charge port itself. There is also a fuse on the charger inside the glass cover. Make sure all fuses are in good order. Also make sure the circuit breaker on the charger is not tripped

2.) That is normal operation. These have an "open" differential

3.) The Alltrax does not utilize programming access through the 4-pin connector. That is not used. On the Alltrax controllers, it is under the black round cover on the controller itself

I only see one in the yellow case its behind the charger port on the cart
I dont have one by the OBC
There is something on the back side the port itself in a clear piece of glass and it was good
reset on charger is not tripped

Ok good in the fuses and breaker department. Do you have a way to borrow a charger or try yours on another cart?

Did you upgrade the cables with the controller? If so, how did you accommodate for the OBC?
