If you're talking metal screws & plastic threads on the floor and pedal group I think the plastic fillers work well as mentioned above, just need to clean the thread surface as much as possible to make sure the bond it as strong as possible. You can also try to tap the next size M type screw but you need to make sure there is enough plastic to do that.

Thanks everybody my thoughts now are to go with the filler that TerryH mentioned. I want to be able to keep the same type screws and keep it neat.

But thanks for the suggestion.
Today I got to work on my cart and redone the floor anchors. And what do I find out? They are just plastic anchors to start with. I didn't even have to drill them out, just remove the pieces of the old anchor. A quick trip to Ace and I'm back in business.

One small correction. Plastic plugs work better than plastic anchors. Or if you want to go first class try to order the factory plugs from Tahoe.
