Brush Guard
I have a brush guard mounted on my 2010 Club Car. It's got 4 tabs welded to the inside bar that's rubbing against the plastic frame. I guess I can get a die grinder and grind off the tabs. Anyone have the same issues?

Loosen the mounting bolts a little and pull the bar away from the body then retighten.

Re: Brush Guard
I am new to carts, but thought I would point out to the experts if they don't catch it that it looks like he has a Phantom body. So, that could be why the tabs are not where they might be on a regular Precedent body kit.

Re: Brush Guard
NDKoze you're correct, it does have a Phantom Body kit. I put some tape around the metal tabs to keep it from rubbing on the front. I might just take off the brush guard and have my guys mill off the tabs so it's a smooth finish.

Re: Brush Guard
I had a similar issue (close but not touching) when I installed what looks like the same madjax brush bar. What I did was take a couple thick washers ( 1/4 inch) and installed them between the mounting point on the front bolts only. Not only did it work but I thought the bar looks better more up right, I also grabbed the bar with the parking brake on and made some attempts to bend it forward which seemed to help slightly as well...
