What make and year Is this cart

We purchased this cart last year and the previous owner told us it was made by Harley Davidson but on the dash it says Club Car. Can anyone tell me what make and year this cart may be. We need to fix the brakes on it. It runs good and we have installed new batteries but no brakes. Photos attached. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,, this cart is a club car caroche,, if you have a serial number on it,, take a look on the pic attached...

Club Car’s design is dubbed the “Caroche,” French for “elegant carriage.”
But some people take to calling it the “car roach” or “cockroach,” and the company wisely drops the name.

Thanks for the info I will attempt to locate the serial number. I looked but was unable to locate it anywhere. Any suggestions as to where it should be. Not in the glove compartment, battery compartment.

I would rename it Butt Ugly. :-) (at least compared to newer models)

The best i can tell you now,, if it's not under the glove box on somewhere on the frame,, it's to remove the key switch plate and look there the DS model have a tag there... But i'm really not sure....

Look on one of the main two frame rails next to the batteries. Tag should be on there
