I also have another decal with my the same serial that has a number for code A code B and code C.

How much would the magnet get me if any in your opinion? As of now I am stock everything just gathering my thoughts on mods.

And also is there any way to tell for sure if I have code 4? I heard something about if you let off the gas going downhill with code 4 the motor will not automatically cut back. Don't know how much truth is to that.

The braking is something different. That is part of the Regen braking settings. As long as you have the sticker with the codes, you should be good to go

Speed setting 4 limits your speed to 19.6 mph. Does it go that fast? If it does, you may be able to squeeze a few more mph out of it. A magnet doubles the maximum speed allowed by the controller. If you feel the motor braking restricting your speed, buy a magnet. If you don't, dont buy one.
