Just for anybody that's interested, my buggy a DC 2003 IQ, was playing up that much it was nearly undriveable .
I had the same problem about a year back so I replaced the MCOR with an upgrade MCOR4 kit, that fixed the problem back then. So I thought it was doing the same thing again this time so I was going to order another MCOR.
But I got bored this afternoon and thought what the hell I've got nothing to loose so I pulled the MCOR off and pulled it apart. It looked fine so I just cleaned it up and put back together ,with cable ties, put it back on the cart and now it runs perfectly again. It only took about an hour.
So I just thought I would tell you they are rebuildable if needed, and no new parts needed.
