Default 05 rebuild problem

Still having a problem with my cart!!!
New controller,solenoid, speed sensor!!!
Press petal down and cart jumps forward and then dies!!!
Let off petal and press again
Does same thing!!

Any idea what this could be???
Thanks

Also on the program I set it on ezgo throttle response cause that's the only one that would give me 100% throttle (alltrax told me to try)
Club car setting only gave on about 70% even after talking to alltrax and loading some more charts !!!
Don't know if this has anything to do with it!!!
Thanks

Try jumping the two-pin MCOR plug with a paperclip and report your findings

This is what I got when the petal is pressed down!!!
Sometimes it will jump to 25% throttle (cart jumps forward a few inches) and then go back to 0 in a split second!!!
It's is making a clicking sound below throttle and selonoid is engaging then drops out after a few seconds when the cart doesn't move !!!
Sometimes I press petal and nothing happens ( expect for click under throttle)

I haven't tried the paper clip trick yet!!!!
Thanks!!!

First, I have never heard of using the EZGO ITS throttle setting with a MCOR. Change it back to Club Car 3 wire. I have never heard of Alltrax telling someone to do this. I am fairly certain it wont work (experts please chime in)
2. If 46.8 is your resting battery voltage, stop trying to do anything and charge your batteries, they are about 25% charged
3. Try unchecking the "High pedal disable" setting and see what happens.

Do you know what .hex file you have loaded?

Again, if 46.8 is your resting battery voltage, don't try anything else until they are charged

1... tried the club car setting with same result (and the guy on the phone told me to try it because all the files he emailed me would only get me up to about 70% throttle)
2... i let batteries get down a little on purpose just to see if thats the problem, with a fully charged pack (about 51v) it will go a little ways down the drive way and do the same thing
3... unchecked high pedal disable, turbo, and reverse with same result!!!
