Default 2006 carryall 2 how to check speed controller

I purchased a non working 2006 carryall iq plus 48v. I replaced the batteries, replaced the solenoid, and a rebuilt Curtis speed controller. Still no luck...
please help

no main solenoid click but relays click from run to tow and key plus there is a reverse sound.

I would do the MCOR paper clip trick.
Make sure the cart is off, Tow switch in Tow, and go underneath the cart, unplug the two prong connector and put a paperclip in the two leads of the connector. If the cart runs after this, the MS in the MCOR is bad and will need to be replaced.

Unfortunately the MCOR is a sealed unit, but it can be opened and repaired. See here: http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/elect...-01-04-ds.html
