2009 Club Cart 48v
Trying to figure this out. I have 48.9 volts across the batteries. I have 48.9 volts to the hot side(Red cable) of the solenoid. When I check the voltage from the controller cable(Yellow) to solenoid I have 48.9.
Then when I check the 2 smaller connections I have no voltage, with and without the pedal pressed down. When I check across the Red and Yellow cable of the solenoid through the resistor it only shows 11.5. The solenoid does click when you press the pedal, and when you release it, it clicks again. Does this sound like the MCOR switch. I have not dug that deep into it yet but I guess that will be my next test. Does anybody on here now of a shop in Northeastern PA that has the programmer to hook up to it. An help is appreciated. |

Re: 2009 Club Cart 48v
It sounds like the MCOR is ok (or at least the MS inside) since the solenoid clicks. I would first give the cart a good charge. You are only at 50% state of charge now.
