Default Club Car parts sponsor help

I bought 2 2010 Precedents online that were supposed to only need batteries and the seller shipped them to me. They showed up today and what a mess! They were said to be iq carts but they are excel according to the serial number. Anyway, all the electronics are stripped including the wiring harness. I would like to go back with the IQ harness and I also need the tow switch and f/r switch as they are missing also. I would like to buy from a site sponsor if there is one that can advise me what to buy and sell it to me. I'm thinking the switches and harness and I can just use an aftermarket controller and solenoid. I contacted the seller and disputed the charge on my cc but I don't even know how to find out how much the missing parts cost if the seller wants to refund me for them. Any help would be appreciated. I'm a little sick to my stomach looking at this mess he sent me.

I did dispute it but I'm not sure what's going to happen.

He sent me pictures of them and they were complete all but the batteries. The ones he shipped were stripped.
