06 precedent jerking when taking off slow
I just got my cart back together after being totally disassembled to the frame due to a leaking battery. It was apart for a few months and when I went back together I cleaned everything and put in all new cables, batteries, charging receptacle, and rebuilt my charger. I had it in my game room since its air conditioned and has music to listen to while working. When I went to back it out it kinda jerked a little. I drive it for about 5 mins to make it everything was working and noticed it a couple times trying to take off really slow. I couldn't always duplicate it but noticed if I turned the wheels all the way and try to take off very slow I could get to jerk a little. I dont remember it doing this before. Is something wrong or do I need to drive it some more?

Possible mcor issue.

Should I try driving it some more to see if it gets any better? Is there a way to diagnose it?

My 09 was doing the same thing and it was the MCOR.

Probably the MCOR got a little corrosion on the track since it set up for 5 months. Pump the GO pedal about 20 times real fast to clean off the track and it should be fine. If it comes back, do it again. Lot cheaper/faster than replacing the MCOR.

I did that and it helped ALOT. I also drove it up and down my driveway changing constantly moving the pedal and its almost 100% gone. I will try driving it a couple more times before ordering any parts.

Re: 06 precedent jerking when taking off slow
My money is on the MCOR. It happens quite often. Be sure to order the correct one when you order. There are two different pedal assemblies for the Precedent. With yours being an 06 you should have the Generation 1 pedal group, but a lot of them have been swapped out to Gen 2. If you are unsure you can read my post about MCORs.
