I donít have any experience with the All Sports lift, and it is probably just the perspective of the photo you have posted, but it looks to me like the bottom of the shackle is further forward than the top. If that is the case then the spring wouldn't able to flex properly. All the energy that is supposed to be absorbed by the suspension has to go somewhere. If you simply put on heavier duty springs then you will just start breaking something else. My guess is the frame of the cart near where the front of the spring attaches will bend. If it were me Iíd confirm that the geometry is consistent with a properly functioning All Sports lift. Good luck.

I'm with TJ, it doesn't look square to me. Also, it looks like you only have one u bolt. I upgraded my single u bolt to a double after I broke both u bolts on the rear. I called Allsports and they sent me the rear setup for what used to b called their SuperSport lift. I think it cost me around $70 or so but it's a lot better setup than the single.

Yes I have only tried one brand of spring and if everything else checks out then I am going to change brands I guess.
Tahoedawgz71- Do you think you could get me an estimated cost on that because I am interested but I suspect that it will cost a lot more than I want to spend.
I am only running one u-bolt because that's what the lift came with and I have not had any issues with breaking the u-bolt.
I guess I will need to see how someone else is running their rear lift to check my setup.

That's one thing I don't like about the Jake's lift kit on mine. Single U bolt design.
