Default Experience - Revolution Golf Cars (David Hicks)

David Hicks with Revolution Golf Cars just dropped my cart back off to me. If anyone is thinking about getting anything done, or just wants to order parts, he is professional, punctual, and personable. Most importantly he knows his product. His 14 years of experience is evident when he talks to you about the carts. He seems to have seen just about everything there is to see on a Club Car. He took good care of my cart today. He just dropped it back off to me, and I am very pleased.

Basically he knows his **** and he's trustworthy. Seems to be a rare quality in this area.

There is one other shop in the area, that I like, but you get exactly what you pay for with them. They aren't going to go out of their way to do an ounce more than you discussed with them, and that's fine. But, David took care of the alignment on my cart while he had it, treated the terminals, greased the suspension, and made the gas pedal work smoother than any cart I've ever felt. All that, but he had to cart to replace a computer and add a voltage reducer. He just fixed things that needed fixing, and I am appreciative.

Thanks,
Josh

Nice...!!! After seeing him in action on this board, by his offers of professional and knowledgeable advice, his attempts to help anyone in need and willingness to have anyone PM him to discuss their specific problem...I'm not at all surprised. I expect there are many others here that feel the same. I'll be doing anything I can to support him (and this forum...) in the future...!!! Best wishes and best luck with your new endeavor, David...!!! Thanks for being a part of the forum !!!

David's a stand up guy.

I've enjoyed my dealing with him/his business thus far, and I look forward to the pleasure of dealing with him again. I recommend calling him, even if he's got the stuff you want on his website, because he's very personable and I guarantee you'll learn something if you listen to him.

BTW: you were right. I guess it had never gotten a full charge before. I put the multimeter on the pack and got 53.x volts, so I took it for a drive and it is AWESOME. What a difference. I bet this is the fastest cart in the neighborhood.

Bring me your RXVs!

Yeah. It was never getting a full charge with that v2.06 computer. Glad you're happy my friend.

I'm going to bump this back to the top for David. He has really helped me out lately with parts and advice on the 2 Precedents I bought. He is great to deal with and very knowledgeable. I'm about to start rebuilding my second cart so I'm sure I'll be in touch with him again for more parts. Thanks David!

I have personally known David a few years now and have no doubt he will do a good job at this. He is honest and just a pleasant guy to deal with as well as being a good friend.. Now if I could just get him to reconsider his choice of schools he pulls for ...
