Resistor removed44.6v on the big post going to controller with pedal up

I a pretty sure solenoid is stuck the voltage was draining with resistor removed

Drained down to 4.2 vita a wiggy and the resistor removed push the pedal down and then let it up and it is reading pack voltage again

Definitely a bad solenoid just not sure what could have fried all these components

That is normal.

With the resistor removed, wait a couple of minutes for the Controller internal capacitors to discharge.

At the point, the voltage on the controller side of the solenoid Big post should be close to 0v.

Press the pedal, if when the solenoid closes the voltage on that Big post goes up to pack voltage, then the solenoid is working.

Feeling kinda dumb right now I am an electrician that can keep a million dollar machine running and can't get a golf cart going

Don't feel bad, there are a lot of things that have similar symptoms in these carts and sometimes a simple bad connection will have unpredictable results.

The voltage reading at B+ to M- is off at pedal up, but that may be you meter interacting with the circuit.

The problem may be the FNR switch.

You can measure the voltage directly at the motor A1 and S2, they should be the same that You are getting from B+ to M- (with the FNR in Forward).

If You are not getting any voltage, trace the wires from the motor to the FNR switch, specially the S1 and S2, they should go to the "movable" posts in the FNR.

A1 to S2 are the same as m- to b+
