Default 2011 cc precedent upgrade

Here is my brief journey

Purchased used 11 precedent with excel system. Speed code 4.

Stock everything with good batteries and bad tires was getting about 17mph.

Upgraded to rhox Vegas low profile wheels with 215/35/12 tires. Moved up to about 19 mph.
Also added dual action leaf springs. Definitely worth the $110 bucks. If you have a rear seat, it is a required upgrade.

Installed a Plumquick bandit today. Easy to install once you remove the rear seat.
After the new motor - still with stock controller, wires, etc. was cruising at 26-27 mph! Topped out at 28!

For $225, could not ask for better results!

So, the next upgrade would be a controller and 2 or 4 gauge wires. Is it worth another $600? I'm not sure. Getting great speed, and ok torque.

Anyone else with similar experience ?

It's my opinion that where you live in Florida (flat lands no hills) you will see little or no improvement with a 350 controller. But it certainly won't hurt anything.
