If you still have a working OBC in the cart and have not plugged the Powerdrive charger in a few days, the OBC may have put the system to sleep.

It should normally wake up when You press the accelerator, but You can also plug the regular charger on the receptacle for a few minutes and then disconnect it again to wake up the system.

Check for 48v's at the key sw. Does the reverse buzzer sound? Check the run/tow sw. Does the solenoid click? For starters.

SERGIO!I just took the batteries off the club car charger yesterday. I will try this little trick you gave.Could the OBC-be needing resetting for whatever reason? And as you say, Yes it usually always, has-clicked abit/ and wham its gone down the driveway.I do get 25.4 volts- end battery to other end battery. And the OTHER end of the bank of batts, i get 51 .6 volts. Should it not be the same voltage on one end of the bank, as it is the other end? Measured with volt meter..?bob s

It only been charged= by only the CC charger

The reverse position, isn't making a buzzing sound when pressed....How is this done?, i mean how- to test the tow/run switch. i will check the key switch from the backside?

btw whats the little rubber plugged cap- on the bottom of the forward and reverse switch??? bob s the solenoid -------------little click really faint

I believe that the only time the reverse buzzer doesn't sound when the sw is in reverse is when the charger is plugged in and the OBC locks out the ground going to the solenoid to keep you from driving with the charger plugged in. As for the run/tow I just wanted you to check if it was in run position. Is the faint click coming from the MCOR sw?

All this aside now. What is the MCOR-and what do i do to it???the buzzer worked soon as the charger was removed , never noticed if the buzzer sounded-- when hooked up to the charger bob s thanks anything else you can think of?

i can't tell wher the faint clik is coming from. its fast , when it does it

As i mentioned earlier, Why would i get a pack voltage of 51.6 volts, on one end of the 4 battery pack....and then get 25.5 volts on the opposite end of the pack . With each of the 4 batteries measuring voltage......12.5 volts??
this don't sound right does it?whatevers wrong ithink to be not so awful serious.as the cart has acted superbly long time now.?/ bob scharp

The faint click should be coming from the foot switch. When you step on the go pedal it makes up a sw to activate the solenoid.

Where are you referencing your voltage measurement to get your pack readings. The only thing I can think of is measuring through the precharge resistor.

This doesn't make sense to me. Let's start here and we'll work from there. Where are you putting the leads from your multimeter when you get these readings? You should be putting the meter on DC200V and putting the red lead on the main positive battery terminal and the black lead on the main negative battery terminal. Try that and let me know what you find. I think I know what's going on here but I want to take it one step at a time before I reveal my theory.
