Which would be a better deal
Have a chance at a 2009 and or a 2010 Precedent cart. $2400 and $2600. Top, windshield, lights and the 2010 has a rain enclosure, both have chargers ..Do not know how old batteries are at this time. Both run great. Which would be the better cart? If color is a concern, the 2009 is Green and the 2010 is white. I can also get a 2012 for $2850. No lights but top and windshield. Which would you get?

I'd get the 09. Cheapest and not a bad color...

Re: Which would be a better deal
same here I vote 09, I don't see $200 justifying a one year newer cart unless there were major changes between 09-10.

I don't believe there were any...
The only thing that would concern me is the following. I'm not sure if it would be free to convert to the MCOR2. Quote:

Re: Which would be a better deal
Jakesnake brings up a good point. If you hear a click from underneath the floor when you depress the pedal you've got an MCOR on it already. If you dont, it's a TPS and you'll need to invest in the TPS to MCOR conversion kit, or you can get creative and buy an MCOR4 conversion kit with a TPS adapter. Either way, we'll help you get it done.

Re: Which would be a better deal
Ok ..one more question...2011 Precedent same as above, 6-8v batteries. speed code 4 already installed...for those that like color it is bright blue. Batteries are Trojans 3 yrs old....$2600...looks in great condition. Any problems with the 2011 Carts?

Wouldn't be a concern anymore we have them figured out for upgrades later but speed code 4 is probably fairly quick. |

Re: Which would be a better deal
What is the downfall of the Excel carts over the IQ? I know the IQ, you can change the magnet and it will work but not in the Excel. Other than that I haven't really heard.
