I would guess 42v-44v depending how steep and how long you go uphill.

My hill is Pretty steep. It drops to 44.7 but goes back up as the hill starts leveling out . I'm eating a plum quick bandit motor. Just wandering how much better it will go up my neighborhood hills and how much more speed. It already hoes 21 to 23 on flat

If you want or haven't already done so, increase your cable size and you will get a little help when you load it up starting up those hills. I know it may be a preference but I'd go with a 2 gauge. Precedents are easy to upgrade the cables vrs the older carts where you have to go through the f/r switch also.

The cable passes through the OBC thus you need to use a stud kit as sold by Scotty B.... Although I think # 4 cable should pass through as is.

If you make up your own cables, 4 ga will go through the obc easy without the cable end on it. The copper ends can be put on pretty easy by pulling the cable up to the hole with one end already on and all the slack pulled outside the cart. Prepare the cable strip the correct amount. Hold you copper end with a pair of grips. Set your propane torch on the floor flame away from the cart. Fill the end with solder and stick the cable in the hole and hold till cool. Don't forget the heat shrink.

I would highly recommend going 2 gauge you will feel the difference If you compare to a 4 gauge set when under a heavy load, recovery time is much quicker also. The pass through is very easy to make, just purchase a Brass toilet bowl bolt set, just be careful not to put any pressure on the OBC when making up. Also If you ever upgrade to a larger controller the benefits will increase over a 4 gauge set.
