Can you post a pic of your batteries clear enough that we can read (+) and (-) ? Okay if you need to put it on 2 pics

I would like to see this BEFORE you charge again.

Ive had a few beers, but it looks like your charging circuit is not charging the whole pack. I can't see everything I would like too in the pics though.

The red charging wire is where it should be on the main positive, but the accessory wires on the right side of the pack do not appear to be hooked up correctly. They are hooked up to two positive terminals.

As ScottyB asked earlier, individual battery voltage readings would help (at rest and while the charger is plugged).

It does appear that You are tapping a single 8v battery (#5) for accessories, which could have damaged that battery.

You never said what the charging current was on the meter, can you check that?

Also, what meter are You using?

That voltage reading across the OBC SCR is highly sensitive to low input impedance meters, which oddly enough seems like a lot of folks are using lately.

I checked all Batteries and they all are 7.5 right now. Charging current was just over 50 all the way to the OBC
