I think you have changed or worked on everything except the controller. If you replaced ur solenoid then u had to have disconnected the pos wire going to controller.
You really should take pictures and post with ur ?'s. If u can post an avatar and copy quotes u can post pics and follow thru with the tests that are offered. Batter up...

yes i put a new solenoid on this cart, wasn't sure, its easy, if you have done it more than week. i lack that.

So its the under the the plastic cover on the right facing the cart, from behind?I have 80% of what i need to know. And yes i can post pictures but anyone who has a cart and Knows them, can just say right side under plastic cover. not everyone needs picture. Done all the tests i know how to do. I came to the controller must be bad.. Thanks to Tahoe Dawg

When looking at the wires they pass thru a hole in the seat backer, left then of the controller. They don't come out in the motor compartment- so that must be the computer aayy

i can build you a sweet; street rod or Kustom 50 Merc!! but these carts .elude me sorry.

Testing controller

jack the rear tires off the ground and put the cart on jack stands. Jump b- and m- at the controller to bypass the controller.*make the final connection away from the controller(connect 2 jumper wires to controller and touch them together )*and*raise the rear tires off the ground*before jumping the controller, it's going to run at wide open throttle. If it runs with the jumper i'd say the controller is bad.don't let the cart run at full speed with the rear tires off the ground..

Here's for the IQ (Dave posted one of a Regen2)

03 IQ.JPG

Remove the access panel under the sweater basket. Then remove the black environmental protection cover of the controller, 2 screws. Then carefully undo all of the controller connections. Then remove the 3 screws holding the controller on and remove it
