Alignment Question

Hello all, Cart in question is a 2004 CC Precedent PQ 0442- 450606
Stock suspension, 215-50-10 tire on a fairway mag wheel.

Steering wheel is about 10 to 13 degrees in a right turn position while driving straight, and has very stiff steering. The passenger tire rubs on the frame when locked in a full right turn. The passenger side tie rod end rubs the bracket where the shock absorber is attached above the king pin when in a full right turn. The drivers tire has about Half inch clearance from frame when locked in a left turn and tie rod has plenty of clearance. I can not see any obvious bent metal or parts and no scuff marks on rims or tires. I have not measured toe in yet but passenger tire looks like it is toed out. The tie rod end on passenger side has 13 threads showing the drivers side has 10 threads showing. Not my cart so I don't know the history or if anyone has already tried to align the front end. So from searching I'm thinking bent spindle. Is there a way to confirm if it's a bent spindle? Is the evidence above enough to say yep bent spindle? Is there something else I should be checking? Yes that is great info, I just didn't want to start messing with the alignment if the problem is something else. Is trying to set the alignment the right place to start, and then figure out if it's a bent spindle? Would toe in make the right tire rub the frame? And the stiff steering, never encountered that from alignment.

once toe in was corrected steering wheel was off even more to the right 15 degrees or more. I don't have a wheel puller to get the steering wheel off so adjusted it out as described in the above link. Tire still rubs the frame in a full right turn, but not as much and tie rod end still hits the bracket where the shock is mounted. On a positive note the stiffness in the steering is much less, more like normal.

The cart feels fine going down the road, maybe I'm looking to close and making something out of nothing. But the steering wheel off 15+ degrees and the right side rubbing just doesn't seem right.

So the number of threads showing on each tie rod are even now?

No I had to push both wheels into a right turn to center the steering wheel, so passenger side has 13 threads drivers side has 8 threads.

If I left the steering wheel off center tie rod thread were the same.

You should be able to turn the passenger tie rod in 2-1/2 turns and the driver out 2-1/2 turns.

It will not change the toe-in and they would be even thread showing.

How does the steering wheel look when you do that?

I think if you cannot get the toe-in to work with the same number of threads exposed, that is an indication that one of the spindles is bent and the wheels are no longer parallel.

If the toe-in works with the same number of threads, it could be someone already moved the steering wheel because they did not know what they were doing.

Yes I can set the toe in and get the same number of threads, but when set up that way the steering wheel is off 15+ degrees in a right turn. Also the tire rubbing the frame and tie rod end hitting the bracket the shock mounts into.
So I thinking the right spindle, just need a way to confirm it.
