Default Ecellerator pedal-- lurches CC forward-reverse

The cart is now running around the yard good ..But ..now need to get some input on what must be done to Mcor, i stabbed the pedal a number of times but to no avail; no better. Are they expensive ,or can i rebuild one,( probably not to hard?)please chime in with anything you might know, to get this going. I still have a couple days before i need this cart .I would hate to lurch over some small kid coming down the fairway eating his --hotdog. It jumps out at first and it , get grabby, trying to go. abit in forward and reverse .Is this where that "swiper" thing comes in .Here we go again bob s thank you so much

I'm sure it's the MCOR. They are designed to be thrown out and replaced when they go bad, but someone here opened one up and fixed it. See here: http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/elect...-01-04-ds.html

You can open it up and try to clean it first, if that doesn't change anything you will probably need to replace it. Even though the original DS MCORs aren't made anymore, I have seen them on ebay.

Here is some more good MCOR reading: http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/elect...explained.html

Correct, but the MCOR to MCOR4 conversion kit works great. Part number AM293101

Good morning fellow . golf carters --David,
Is this a rebuild kit your talking about? I can't get it here this time for what i need to do . But will pursue it later next week after this " show has become history"

Jake i made a call last nite to friend-,same one in the next town. I told him of the Mcor being the ...last of gremlins to keep hitting me between the eyes, before Sunday. This fella builds kustom karts like my Kars. He!-- i did not know has several parts cartsin pole barn.So he is leaving me one . front door. i can pick up this am, in an hour or so.I am crossing my fingers this one is good. that hes leaving me to take.He did share with me that if it doesn't work he has carts i can use or borrow. So i am till on the right track.

This kart he was saying--just kept wasting its parts one by one.He hasn't ever heard of this kinda thing happening. This CC was stored in a barn around straw for several years. Then my family and the grandson and the dog took off. Does this sound like a Kart that was on the brink of shedding its worn parts .When i got it? juss curious have a good friday and weekend bob s

So he left you a MCOR?

Are you referring to his parts cart or your cart shredding it's parts?

Yeah he just left it inside is two front doors. And told me we could come up with something after this show.Like I say he did offer his carts! he had if i needed one for the show.Just Genuinely nice sorta guy. I am just in the habit of not borrowing ANYHING "Neither a borrower or a lender be" I had that pounded into my head all my years i grew up.

It's hard to say, I can tell you that MCOR problems are very common in these early models that use them.
