Default Roof Support Hardware?

96 DS Club Car

Anyone know where to find the mounting brackets that attach to two front roof support bolts? They extend down for the mirror hardware to attach to?

It appears to be an aluminum bar that is bent offset with two holes -- Ideally I want (6) more to attach to the other roof supports (2) side bolts and (4) rear bolts to attach to an overhead console I am building.

Could you fabricate what you need? I'm not sure I've ever seen brackets like you are describing...

certainly could -- I was hoping to avoid it due to time and simplicity

I will try to take a picture this weekend to see if that helps!

Sounds like the brackets that I have that connect the rear view mirror to the cart. The only thing they support is the mirror. The only other brackets that I can think of is the bottom supports that connect the roof supports to the dash area. That's what I get from your description.

I think you are correct -- I talked to the local club car dealer and they think they are the older style mirror mounting hardware. Attaching a picture for reference from a comparable cart they had on the lot.

I think I can fab with some flat aluminum bar IF needed from Lowe's for $6. Cut / Drill Holes / Round Corners / Bend to fit.

That's exactly what I have. But, I have mine attached INSIDE rather than outside. I think it looks cleaner.

Aha - on the inside of the rail would make for less bending if I have to fab my own. Any chance you can snap a photo for me?

I'll try to. I am on my way to the ER right now. Took a spill. After I get back, if I will get the wife to snap a photo.
