Default CC Precedent - Alltrax / Plum Quick upgrade - Not working

I am helping my brother-in-law upgrade his new to him CC Precedent. Prior to the upgrade the cart worked normal with its stock controller.

During the upgrade a new Alltrax DCX 500 amp controller was purchased from Scottyb with heavy duty solenoid, as well as the motor was shipped to Plum Quick for an upgrade to a Bandit.

The controller was placed in the area of the stock controller. After putting everything back the cart will not move, with or without a load on the wheels. The solenoid clicks and the controller shows no error codes. We fully charged the batteries and no difference.

I have done multiple other Alltrax controllers, however this is my first CC. I did follow instructions to reset the OBC, however that did not make a difference.

Hopefully someone here can help me think through this, as I am sure it's something simple or something that I screwed up.

What 'code' does the LED flash when it powers up? It should be 7 blinks then solid - all green...... then turning to orange when pedal is pressed to the floor.

if the accelerator settings are correct, and you aren't getting any red LED flashes, it's possible it could be the MCOR. That thing will cause some weird things after a controller upgrade, especially Alltrax..

7 Blinks, all green, and orange (amber) when the pedal is pressed.

MCOR? Is that the OBC? Sorry I am not familiar with the CC carts.

MCOR is the throttle box. If you get 7 green then solid it is set to the correct throttle input. If you push the pedal and it clicks it is activating the circuit. If when then pressed to the floor it turns Amber, that is full throttle. Time to break out the volt meter..

I have no problems with the volt meter, I just need a good troubleshooting reference to point me in the right direction.

You need to check the controller settings using a laptop.

After working with Alltrax tech support we have gotten the cart to move now. We pulled the connection to the MCOR off and replace and now it runs about 18mph. We never see 100% throttle though when monitoring through the Alltrax software.
