36v cc charger
I have a 1994 club car that i recently just purchased. I put new batteries in it and plugged in the charger and nothing happened. So i opened the charger and looked a little and saw there was a relay with 2 wires in and 2 wires going to the timer i believe. I then bypassed that realy and it was charging . My guess would be that the relay is bad correct? Or is there a way to test the timer? The model of the charger is a 13800 accu charger any input would help. Thanks
