Is it a chattering or a roaring? I've seen a few rear differentials with the roaring and it's almost always the input shaft bearings. Part number 7335. They used multiple vendors for these bearings but the ones I've always had problems with are "NOMO" Not sure if that's the name brand, or an indication of how much longer you should run them.
